About the Role
Shift Arcade Miami is seeking a proven outside sales closer to sell event space and racing-sim activations to companies, agencies, car clubs, and premium consumer groups. You’ll prospect, pitch, and close team-building events, private buyouts, product launches, and brand activations—while nurturing repeat business.
What “Outside Sales” Means Here (B2B & B2C)
- B2B (Primary): You’ll target corporate teams, HR/People Ops, Office Managers, Sales Leaders, Marketing/Events Teams, Agencies, and auto dealerships to book offsites, client entertainment, launches, and private competitions. Expect cold outreach, warm referrals, on-site walkthroughs, proposal follow-ups, and contract closes.
- B2C (Selective/High-Value): You’ll cultivate car clubs, luxury concierge groups, influencers, high-net-worth planners, and premier birthday/celebration hosts for private buyouts and VIP packages.
- Dealership Channel: Pitch staff incentives, client appreciation nights, new model launches, and co-branded activations. Align with GSM/GMs and Marketing for monthly or quarterly event calendars.
- Car Club Channel: Secure weekday meets, league nights, and time-attack tournaments; offer tiered pricing, leaderboard integrations, and content packages.
- Networking & Field: Attend chamber events, industry mixers, track days, Cars & Coffee, and relevant meetups to build a referral flywheel. You’re the face of Shift Arcade—polished, confident, and proactive.
Must Haves
- 4+ years B2B sales with measurable results
- Proven outside sales / field prospecting experience
- Knowledge of cars (motorsport culture a plus)
- Fluent Spanish + perfect English
- 21+ and professional presence with VIP clientele
What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Pipeline: Build target lists (corporations, agencies, dealerships, clubs), run multi-touch cadences (email/phone/DM/LinkedIn), and keep a full funnel.
- Discovery & Proposals: Qualify needs (group size, goals, budget, timing), craft proposals (formats, pricing, add-ons), and present to decision-makers.
- Close & Expand: Negotiate terms, secure deposits, and upsell add-ons (media packages, trophies, F&B partners, private buyouts).
- Partnerships: Pitch co-marketing and recurring activations with car clubs, dealerships, and local brands.
- Events Handoff: Coordinate with operations for smooth execution; ensure VIP guests receive a white-glove experience.
- Reporting: Maintain clean CRM notes, stage deals accurately, and forecast weekly.
