Shift Arcade is Miami’s newest Car Racing Simulator Experience, bringing F1, GT3, and Drifting to life in an ultra-realistic racing environment. We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) FEMALE team member to help grow our social media presence and deliver a great customer experience at our Wynwood location.

THIS IS AN IN-PERSON, PART-TIME POSITION. SPANISH IS REQUIRED AS WELL AS 18+.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Record and edit reels, stories, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts onsite
Take photos and videos of customers and our racing simulators
Post consistently to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Help manage our accounts and grow our audience
Greet customers, answer questions, and help with bookings
Represent Shift Arcade at local car events, meets, and shows to capture content and promote the brand
Work in a fun, high-energy motorsport environment

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in Spanish and English
18 years +
Customer service and/or sales experience
Comfortable creating content and appearing on camera
Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Ability to attend occasional car events (weekends, evenings)
Interest in cars, F1, GT3, drifting, or motorsports is a big plus

POSITION DETAILS:

Location: Shift Arcade, Wynwood (Miami)
Part-time: ~20–25 hours per week (weekends required)
Pay: Hourly + content/performance bonuses
Growth potential into full-time or management role
